Montblanc
Modern house construction is an individual approach to the architecture considering the personal taste and needs of the client. Therefore, we do every project from scratch taking into account many aspects. Today, people are looking for houses that give a sense of specialness, give admiration and delight their guests.
The Montblanc Project is a monolithic two-storey house. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a kitchen and a summer veranda. There are quite a lot of convenient technical and auxiliary rooms on the floor. There is a guest bedroom and a carport. On the floor above there are three bedrooms and an office. The master bedroom has a personal dressing room, bathroom and exit to the terrace.
We decided not to save space in the house and designed a large staircase with a comfortable march. Huge panoramic windows adjacent to the staircase provide a lot of light and interesting architecture both in the interior and exterior of the courtyard. The staircase leads to the functioning roof of the second floor. There we have placed a terrace where you can sunbathe or just relax, read a book, and thanks to the built-in kitchen you can prepare drinks and snacks.
The project combines minimalism and constructivism stylistics. The main features of the house are the insets of different blocks forming a cascade of angular shapes. The highlight of the project is a hinged vertical wall, which visually increases the height of the house and attracts attention. The wall serves not only as an accent element of the facade design, but also as a support for the roof.
